How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 2-5 business days. Shipping times vary based on your location.
Do you ship internationally?
No, we currently ship within the United States only.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Orders cannot be modified or canceled once placed. Please double-check all details before confirming your purchase.

We accept all major credit/debit cards and Buy Now, Pay Later options (if available at checkout).

Can I exchange my faja if it doesn’t fit?
Yes! We offer size exchanges under the following conditions:
✔ The faja must be in sellable condition – unworn, with no stains, odors, or damage.
✔ The exchange must be requested within 7 days of receiving the item.
✔ The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We do not offer refunds, only exchanges for size
Do you offer a warranty?
Yes! All our fajas come with a one-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
Here’s how it works:
✔ You must send the faja back with the original receipt.
✔ A replacement in the same size and style will be issued.
✔ The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, incorrect sizing, or misuse.
How do I take care of my faja?
To maintain its compression and durability:
✔ Hand wash only with mild soap.
✔ Air dry – do not put it in the dryer.
✔ Avoid lotions, oils, or perfumes directly on the fabric.
